The Company has noted key matters as presented in First REIT's announcement and related presentation materials including the rationale for the proposed restructuring terms and the illustrative negative financial impact in respect of the (a) rental and other income, (b) net property and other income, (c) net asset value per unit and (d) leverage ratio. The Company will continue to assess the impact of the above announcement on the Group and will keep shareholders informed of any material developments through SGXNET in accordance with the requirements under the applicable Catalist Rules.
